im willing to help other peoples/players issues no matter what it is. all i want is to help people and make them get along with each other. i love helping people. i love it when someone needs help. cuz they often say "thank you" after you've solved their issue. even if its ment to be sarcastic i get a really good feeling when i hear those words ^^, btw.. i played flyff for 6 years :3

Question:Why Do you Want To Become As A GM in fly for spear?
Answer:
-to help other player how to play this game
-to support their playings
-to make an events
-to be friend to the other player
-to be say don't do that again when some players violated the rules
-to kick/ban/mute hackers
-to mute spammers
Question: Why I Should Be A GM
Answer:
-To Have A Supporter in this server
-to " A kind,patient and honest Game Master " "
-to " A Good Game Master " "
Question: Do You Have Any Experience As A GM?
Answer:
In Truth I Dont Have Any Experience As A GM Becoz It is Too Hard To Get That Position...
But I Hope I Will Become As A GM here In Spear FLyFF..
Question: Describe what you would do in the next situation:
Player 1 is making some trouble in the server by swearing at people what would you do?
Answer:
First, I will warn him to stop swearing, if he does not stop, I will disconnect him. If he re-log-in and still continue what he is doing, I will ban him maybe 2-3 days to teach him lesson.
Question: Describe what you would do in the next situation:
Player 1 is asking you something by mail , what would you do if you don't know the answer on his/her question?
Answer:
I will tell him/her that I still dont know the answer, and I will refer him/her to the other GM online
Question : Describe what you would do in the next situation:
player1 is getting on your nerves by spamming and making fun of you, What will you do?
Answer: As a matured person, I can tolerate what he/she does, but I will give warning to him/her.
If he/she ignores my warning, that is the time i'll disconnect him/her or worst I will ban him/her.
Question : What are you going to do in order to help minimize scamming in the future?
Answer:
as what I've learned from other online games I played, maybe I can also try their 2 GOLDEN RULES here . No.1, DTA [dont Trust Anybody] and no.2 YAYR [Your Account Your Responsibility] As for the guilty scammers, they should be banned permanently and if posssible maybe IP block...
Question: Describe what you would do in the next situation
If you have the chance to improve the game play how would you do it ?
Answer: Our srver should be BUG-FREE so it will be fair for all the players.
Question: Answer this question honestly
Being GM sometime can be very hard and have to put up a lot with other players. Despite knowing this, why do you still want to apply for GM?
Answer: First, I want to experience being a GM. Second, I want to help this server to make it better. Being A GM is not that easy, but that's the challenge , but if I cant do the job properly, I will voluntarily resign.
Question: How much free time you have?
Answer:
I am 8 to 11 hours online everyday My YM/Fb is always active so I can be reached anytime
Question: WHAT WILL YOU DO IF YOU WERE HIRED/APPROVED???
Answer:
I'll just try my best to do what can I do for this server. I will also make sure that I will have time both ingame and in forums. as a GM i would like to run a different type of events, not just the traditional hide and seek. i want an event that is educational, so the players not only enjoy playing this game, at the same time they also learn
