It looks like my char got more HP, than it should. The first hit i get from a Monster decreses the HP half way and it doesn't seem to recover. My friend got the same bug and it seems like it occured after going into the ivillis dungeon.
Edit: I died and then it showed my normal HP, but when I entered Azria it was bugged once again.
