Texture Memory Empty Texture Memory

When I start the game Itak says I don't have enough texture memory and lowers the settings. Why does it do this if I have 1.28gb of vram?

The same thing happend to me. im not complaining tho cus it almost the same on every setting. But are you running as Administrator ?
