my character is stuck in arena

imbigandfat is my characters name and he is stuck in the arena.
everytime i log in it will dc me because im in arena
and when i log into my other characters its perfectly fine
so could you guys help me get imbigandfat out of the arena

toooooop i create a new char and if i want to volcano to become master the same the game crash! WTF?!
